Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

2026 Club Lacrosse

Invaders Lacrosse Club Registration & Refund Policy At Invaders Lacrosse Club, we understand that unexpected situations arise. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to our families while allowing us to effectively plan for coaches, facilities, uniforms, tournaments, and other program expenses. Registration Deposit Registration is not considered complete until the required deposit has been received. Deposits secure a player's roster spot and are non-refundable. Refund Schedule Before Registration Closes Families who withdraw before registration closes may receive a refund of registration fees minus the non-refundable deposit and any processing fees. After Registration Closes No refunds will be issued once registration has closed, as roster sizes, tournament registrations, uniforms, field rentals, and staffing commitments have been finalized. Uniforms & Apparel Once a pinnie or any apparel order has been placed, those costs are non-refundable, regardless of participation. Injuries & Medical Withdrawals Requests for refunds due to season-ending injuries or significant medical circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Medical documentation may be required. Any approved refund will be prorated and will exclude the registration deposit, uniform costs, tournament entry fees already paid, and any expenses already incurred by the club. Tournament Withdrawals If a player withdraws after tournament registrations have been submitted, tournament fees are non-refundable. Weather & Unforeseen Events Refunds will not be issued for practices or events canceled due to weather, facility closures, or circumstances beyond the club's control. Every reasonable effort will be made to reschedule canceled practices when possible. Payment Plans Families choosing a payment plan remain responsible for the full registration amount unless a refund is approved under this policy. Refund Requests All refund requests must be submitted in writing to Invaders Lacrosse Club. Approved refunds will generally be processed within 14–21 business days.
